Last Resort – Clevedon skate and leisure shop

In May 2021 the opportunity arose for Sk8 or Die to branch out in Clevedon where a unit became available to establish Last Resort, just 300 yards from the skatepark. Because there was more space available not only could we add more skate stock but we could add bikes and paddle boards.

With Clevedon’s Marine Lake close by it made sense to offer quality SUPs at online prices. There are two sizes available. the 9ft, good for up to 85kg and the 11ft for up to 165 kg. Provided by UK company The Paddle Co. the paddle boards come with a full 1 year warranty and everything you need to get you paddling immediately. No hidden extras. They have been favourably compared to the more expensive high end paddle boards. Last Resort also stocks towels, rash guards, swim shorts and sunglasses to complement marine leisure.

Bikes & Bike Repair at Last Resort

Last Resort Bike Repair is provided by BikeFish. Dale Oldland formerly the bicycle repair manager of Halfords on Strode Rd has joined the team to take care of your bicycle servicing needs in Clevedon and surrounding. In the skateboard room you’ll find more than 75 different completes on display from a huge range of brands. Apart from those others previously mentioned you’ll see complete skateboards by Anti Hero, Zero, REAL, Flip, DGK, Fracture, Jart, Plan B. Cruzade, Sk8Mafia, Chocolate, Santa Cruz, Creature, Tricks and more. Stock is always changing to keep things fresh.
Last Resort has probably the best selection of skateboards in the South West.

For those just starting out on their skateboard adventure choosing the right skateboard is a big decision. Do you go for a street skateboard for doing tricks and going to skateparks or perhaps a cruiser for that smooth ride around the streets? Of course Last Resort offers both street skateboards and cruisers but there is a way to get the best out of both styles of skating.

Strangely, Last Resort is one of the few places in Clevedon where you can actually buy clothes. Right now a lot of the clothing stock is on sale, so grab a bargain on an Independent Sweater or Santa Cruz Hoodie. Ladies casual dresses, side bags, sunglasses can all be found in the back room of Last Resort. Lakai skate shoes are also in stock at Last Resort.
Instead of buying your Thrasher hoodie online you can come try it on at Last Resort.

Last Resort also stocks Roller skates by Moxi, Rookie, Luscious Skates and others. Also on display are scooters by Blunt, MGP, Crisp, GRIT, Dominator, District and Sacrifice.

Clevedon Skate Project has partnered with Maverick in 2021 to develop a new state state of the art concrete skate park to Clevedon where the current one is now.
